Corporate Training Manager

Marti began her career as a Program Manager for Junior Achievement of Central Ohio where she worked to bring business volunteers and high school students together to form their own mini businesses. While at Junior Achievement Marti acquired skills in public speaking, training and education. Since then Marti taught at two colleges and served as the Director for another proprietary college in Columbus. She also provided training and support as a member of an International IT company working for the Military at DSCC and Wright Patterson Air Force bases.

Marti brings over 25 years of experience in training and development of adults to OSS. Marti will draw on 20 years of college teaching and corporate training experience to support our goals by elevating officer knowledge. Columbus State Community College recently recognized Marti for twenty years as an adjunct faculty member, where she continues to teach Business Management courses.

In addition to Marti’s teaching and training experience she is a member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), she has extensive experience in public speaking at civic and professional organizations and at private conferences.
